ZIMMERMAN, Justice: This is an appeal from a judgment affirming the Disposition of an estate in accordance with an amended trust instrument. The appellants seek reversal on grounds that the trust instrument, which by its terms was irrevocable and unamendable, took effect before it was amended and, therefore, the amendment should have been ignored. We affirm the trial court.
